The Future of Procurement Tools & AI
This session will explore the impact of technology, including AI, on procurement, focusing on areas like sourcing, contract management, and supplier risk. We’ll hear from UoM about their journey in developing a business case for AI adoption, including key learnings. A panel discussion with universities such as ANU and RMIT will share insights on building a procurement tech business case and explore use cases like chatbots and predictive analytics. The session will conclude with on-table discussions on the opportunities and challenges of Generative AI in procurement, plus next steps for the sector.
